All orders in the continental USA are shipped with FREE UPS GROUND shipping. Most caskets ship from our location in California, but sometimes we ship from other locations in the USA to you. Because of this, the cut off may be at 10:00 AM PST or 2:00 AM PST, so please call for more information.
UPS NEXT DAY AIR SAVER, 2 DAY AIR and 3 DAY AIR is available, please call for shipping fees at (800) 356-6534.
Our staff takes great care to be sure each order is inspected and packed well, as this is where we have passed your order into the hands of the USPS for your delivery. Customers will receive an e-mail from the company after the transaction is complete for confirmation purposes. You will also receive a tracking number when the casket ships. In The Light Caskets has a 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE on all caskets sold. If the item has arrived and you decide you do not want the item for whatever reason, return it to our address below, include a copy of your original invoice that was emailed to you and you will receive a refund for the purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee. Our staff takes great care to be sure each casket is inspected and packed well, as we have pass your order into the hands of UPS or a trucking company for delivery.
